آزمون مدل آموزش و پرورش کارآفرینان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی و آزمون مدل آموزش و پرورش کارآفرینان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی میباشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی است و بر حسب نحوه گردآوری دادهها از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی میباشد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد محقق ساخته گردآوری شده اند. جامعه اماری شامل کارآفرینان تحصیل کرده دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران میباشند كه تعداد شناسایی شده، جمعا 1318 نفر میباشند. که حجم نمونه برابر با 302 نفر برآورد و به صورت روش نمونهگیری طبقهای بررسی شده است. سپس، مقدار پایائی ترکیبی و پایائی هر یک از مؤلفههای تحقیق محاسبه شد که نتایج حاکی از پایائی ابزار سنجش دارد. همچنین روایی واگرا و همگرای پرسشنامه، حاکی از روایی مناسب پرسشنامه میباشد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS4 استفاده شد. که نتایج حاصله، بیانگر تاثیر عوامل زمینه ای، علی و محیطی بر آموزش و پرورش کارآفرینان میباشد، همچنین آموزش و پرورش کارآفرینان بر راهبردها و پیامد تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین با توجه به مقدار ضریب تبیین، برای متغیرهای آموزش و پرورش کارآفرینان، راهبردها و پیامدها پیشبینی قوی برآورد شده است.
