Abstract

Digital transformation is a strategic necessity for organizations in today's competitive landscape, yet its success depends on effective change management strategies. This study examines the impact of change management strategies—including employee engagement, effective communication, adaptive training, and supportive leadership styles—on the success of organizational transformation. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with senior technology and organizational transformation managers. The findings indicate that organizations prioritizing human interactions, employee digital skills development, and a learning-oriented culture are more successful in implementing digital transformation. This study emphasizes the importance of strategies for reducing employee resistance and enhancing the effectiveness of digital changes.
