رابطه ترومای سازمانی و بی تمدنی سازمانی با نقش میانجی آنومی سازمانی

چکیده

هدف از حاضر پژوهش، تبیین رابطه ترومای سازمانی و بی تمدنی سازمانی با نقش میانجی آنومی سازمانی بود. تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان شامل مدارس متوسطه شهر مشهد بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی، ۳۸۵ معلم انتخاب شد. ابزار تحقیق عبارت بود از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ترومای سازمانی و پرسشنامه های آنومی سازمانی لارا و رودریگوئز (2007) و بی تمدنی سازمانی مارتین و هاین (2005). روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزاربخش کمی توسط چند تن از اساتید تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با آلفای کرانباخ به ترتیب 962/0، 875/0، 981/0 محاسبه شد. داده‌ها با نرم افزار SPSS و آموس تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد ترومای سازمانی مستقیما و همچنین به طور غیرمستقیم از طریق افزایش آنومی سازمانی بر بی‌تمدنی سازمانی تأثیر دارد.
