Analyzing the Role of Transformational Leadership Styles in Enhancing Employee Creativity and Organizational Innovation

In today's organizational environments, employee creativity and organizational innovation are key factors in establishing a competitive advantage. This study examines the impact of transformational leadership styles on fostering employee creativity and improving innovation processes within organizations. Using a mixed-methods approach, qualitative data were collected through managerial interviews, while quantitative data were gathered via standardized questionnaires. The findings indicate that transformational leaders enhance creativity and organizational innovation by fostering motivation, encouraging continuous learning, and empowering employees. Furthermore, organizations adopting transformational leadership styles demonstrate higher rates of product and service innovation. This study provides recommendations for improving transformational leadership practices and cultivating an innovative organizational culture.
