This study aims to examine the impact of knowledge sharing and achievement motivation on organizational maturity and to analyze the predictive power of these variables in determining the level of organizational maturity. This descriptive-correlational study was conducted on 300 employees from various organizations, selected through simple random sampling based on the Morgan and Krejcie table. Data were collected using three standardized questionnaires measuring organizational maturity, knowledge sharing, and achievement motivation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between variables, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed to determine the predictive power of the independent variables. All statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS version 27. The results indicated a significant positive correlation between knowledge sharing and organizational maturity (r=0.68, p<0.01). Achievement motivation also showed a significant positive correlation with organizational maturity (r=0.52, p<0.01). Regression analysis revealed that knowledge sharing and achievement motivation significantly predicted organizational maturity (R²=0.54, F=112.37, p<0.001), with knowledge sharing having a stronger impact than achievement motivation. The findings suggest that knowledge sharing and achievement motivation are key factors in enhancing organizational maturity. Organizations that implement effective strategies for knowledge management and employee motivation exhibit greater flexibility and sustainability in response to environmental changes. These results can inform managerial policies aimed at improving organizational maturity.
