Abstract

In today’s workplaces, which are influenced by rapid technological and organizational changes, cognitive flexibility is recognized as a key factor in employees’ adaptability to change. This study examines the impact of cognitive flexibility on change acceptance, job stress reduction, and problem-solving ability in uncertain conditions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with HR professionals and standardized surveys among employees working in dynamic industries. The findings reveal that employees with higher cognitive flexibility respond more positively to organizational changes and demonstrate better performance in solving complex problems. This study offers recommendations for designing training programs aimed at improving cognitive flexibility in organizations.
