Abstract

This study examines the role of leaders' emotional intelligence in enhancing organizational resilience during economic crises. In times of economic instability, organizations require leaders who can manage emotions, empathize with employees, and resolve conflicts to maintain stability. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes semi-structured interviews with senior managers from various economic sectors to identify key dimensions of emotional intelligence that influence organizational resilience. The findings indicate that leaders with high self-awareness, self-regulation, and interpersonal skills can boost employee trust and motivation, guiding the organization toward optimal performance in crisis situations. This study highlights the importance of leadership training programs that enhance emotional intelligence, enabling organizations to effectively navigate economic fluctuations.
