Communication is a pervasive subject that encompasses all aspects and dimensions of individual, group, organizational, and social life. The method and quality of communication significantly affect the resolution of problems, obstacles, and conflicts within the organization, as well as issues outside the organization. The aim of the present study is to examine the factors influencing effective organizational communication in knowledge-based organizations. From a purpose perspective, this research is applied, and in terms of data collection method, it is descriptive. The statistical population includes companies affiliated with the Kurdistan Science and Technology Park, and a census sampling method was used. The data collection tool was a questionnaire, and a total of 121 questionnaires were analyzed and evaluated. For data analysis and the application of statistical tests, SPSS 25 and PLS 2 software were used. The statistical tests employed in this study were chosen after determining the normality of the population—parametric tests were used for normally distributed populations, and non-parametric tests for non-normal ones. The findings indicate that all five factors—trust, commitment, adaptability, cooperation, and organizational culture—significantly affect the effectiveness of organizational communication. Among these, organizational culture had the least impact, while organizational adaptability had the greatest effect on effective organizational communication.
