ارائه الگوی ساختاری مولفه‌های حکمرانی سازمانی در نظام بانکی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، ارائه الگوی ساختاری مؤلفه‌های حکمرانی سازمانی در نظام بانکی کشور به‌منظور ارتقاء اثربخشی و کارایی بانک‌ها در مواجهه با تحولات محیطی و انتظارات ذی‌نفعان است. این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی و با روش کمی-همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران ارشد و میانی بانک ملت بوده که تعداد آن‌ها 150 نفر تخمین زده شد. با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 108 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساز شامل 42 گویه بوده و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و LISREL تحلیل شدند. از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری برای آزمون روابط مفهومی استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که شش بُعد کلیدی در حکمرانی سازمانی نظام بانکی وجود دارد: بازارگرایی، راهبری سازمانی، ساختارسازی، انتقال دانش و تجربیات سازمانی، ارتباطات و اخلاق‌مداری. آزمون KMO (0.805) و نتایج آزمون بارتلت، کفایت داده‌ها را برای تحلیل عاملی تأیید کردند. مدل ساختاری نیز با شاخص‌های برازندگی مناسب تأیید شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که تمامی متغیرها بار عاملی بالایی داشته و مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که حکمرانی سازمانی نظام بانکی با ابعاد شناسایی‌شده می‌تواند به‌عنوان الگویی جامع در جهت بهبود عملکرد و پایداری بانک‌ها به‌کار گرفته شود. تمرکز بر مؤلفه‌هایی چون شفافیت، پاسخگویی، ساختار سازمانی، و اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای اثربخشی و تعامل مؤثر با ذی‌نفعان حیاتی است. استفاده از این الگو در بانک‌ها، گامی مؤثر در راستای ارتقاء سطح حاکمیت و تخصیص بهینه منابع خواهد بود.
