مدلسازی ارزیابی كارایی آموزشی معلمان بر اساس استانداردهای مدیریت كیفیت با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری

ارزیابیهای آموزشی به منظور ارتقاء حرفهای و بهبود کیفیت تدریس با هدف تطبیق معلمان با استانداردهای آموزشی انجام میشوند. هدف مطالعه حاضر مدلسازی ارزیابی كارایی آموزشی معلمان بر اساس استانداردهای مدیریت كیفیت با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری است. این پژوهش، از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری دادهها، از نوع آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) است. پژوهش در دو مرحله تحلیل محتوا و مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری صورت پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری متشکل از کلیه متخصصان و اساتید تعلیم و تربیت دانشگاهی در استان كربلای عراق دارای سه ویژگی (1- دانش آکادمیک در حوزه کارائی آموزشی، 2- عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه و 3- سابقه انتشار مقاله، کتاب در زمینه کارائی و ارزیابی آموزشی) بودند. در بخش کیفی ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. در بخش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری ابزار اصلی گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محققساخته بود. نتایج بخش کیفی نشان داد که 8 عامل شامل تمرکز بر مشتری، تعهد کل کارکنان، سیستم یکپارچه، رویکرد فرآیند محور، بهبود مستمر، تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر واقعیت، ارتباط موثر، تفکر استراتژیک-رهبری به ارزیابی كارایی آموزشی معلمان میپردازند. بر اساس نتایج مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، بیشترین وابستگی در متغیر تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر واقعیت و سپس متغیر ارتباط موثر بود. و متغیرهای سیستم یکپارچه، رویکرد فرایند محور و تفکر استراتژیک رهبری از کمترین وابستگی و بیشترین اثرگذاری برخوردار بودند.
