طراحی مدل تربیت فناورانه معلمان ابتدایی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی یک مدل جامع برای تربیت فناورانه معلمان ابتدایی با تأکید بر ابعاد روانشناختی، تربیتی و فنی است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی با رویکرد تفسیرگرایانه و روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. دادهها از طریق تحلیل اسنادی و بررسی 25 مقاله علمی معتبر منتشر شده از سال 2010 تا 2025 گردآوری شدند. روایی دادهها با شاخص CVR (0.85) و پایایی با ضریب کاپای کوهن (0.69) ارزیابی شد. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که تربیت فناورانه معلمان ابتدایی از سه بعد کلیدی تشکیل شده است: روانشناختی (شامل تفکر انتقادی، خلاقیت، حل مسئله و اخلاق فناورانه)، تربیتی (شامل انتقال دانش فناورانه، طراحی محیطهای یادگیری فناورانه، و تعامل هدفمند با فناوری)، و فنی (شامل تسلط بر ابزارها، طراحی راهحلهای فناورانه، و آگاهی از روندهای فناوری). در مجموع، 10 مؤلفه اصلی و 32 زیرمؤلفه شناسایی و مدل مفهومی نهایی ارائه شد. مدل نهایی پژوهش، الگویی جامع و یکپارچه از شایستگیهای مورد نیاز معلمان در عصر دیجیتال را ارائه میدهد و میتواند بهعنوان مبنایی برای بازنگری در برنامههای تربیت معلم و توسعه حرفهای آنان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این مدل بر تلفیق مهارتهای شناختی، اجتماعی، فنی و اخلاقی در تعامل با فناوری تأکید دارد و ظرفیت تقویت کیفیت آموزش در دوره ابتدایی را فراهم میسازد.
