اعتبارسنجی مدل شایستگی حرفهای معلمان درس زبان عربی شهر المثنی

هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر اعتبارسنجی مدل شایستگی حرفهای معلمان درس زبان عربی شهر المثنی که به روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دبیران آموزش زبان عربی در شهر المثنی تشکیل داد که از آن میان 221 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقهای برای شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته منتج مدل آموزش شایستگی حرفهای معلمان با 53 گویه در مقیاس پنج درجهای لیکرت بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد چهار بعد صلاحیت شامل صلاحیت عمومی، صلاحیت چندساحتی، صلاحیت آموزشی و صلاحیت رهبری از برازش مناسب برخوردار هستند و صلاحیت عمومی قلب اصلی در مدل صلاحیت حرفهای معلمان شهر المثنی میباشد.
