This study aimed to identify the dimensions of organizational intelligence in change management and sustainable organizational development. This qualitative study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with 24 senior managers and experts from organizations based in Tehran. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, and interviews continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. The collected data were analyzed using NVivo software, and qualitative content analysis was employed for coding and categorization. The results revealed that organizational intelligence plays a crucial role in change management and sustainable organizational development across three dimensions: cognitive, socio-emotional, and sustainability-based intelligence. Cognitive intelligence includes adaptive learning, strategic foresight, and decision-making agility. Socio-emotional intelligence encompasses leadership empathy, collaborative culture, and employee readiness for change. Lastly, sustainability-based intelligence is associated with environmental awareness, social responsibility, and ethical decision-making. The findings indicate that enhancing organizational intelligence can improve change management and organizational sustainability. Organizations that perform well in cognitive, social, and sustainability dimensions are more capable of responding to environmental challenges and implementing changes effectively. This study's results can contribute to managerial strategies aimed at fostering organizational intelligence and sustainable development.
