شناسایی مؤلفههای فرهنگ سازمانی پایداری با رویکرد مسوولیت اجتماعی

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفههای فرهنگ سازمانی پایداری با رویکرد مسئولیت اجتماعی و طراحی الگویی مفهومی برای تبیین آن در بستر سازمانهای خدماتی ایران است. این مطالعه به روش کیفی و با رویکرد نظریه دادهبنیاد (گراندد تئوری) انجام شد. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با مدیران، کارکنان و متخصصان حوزه سیاستگذاری فرهنگی و سازمانی در استان ایلام جمعآوری گردید. نمونهگیری به شیوه هدفمند و تکنیک گلولهبرفی انجام شد و تحلیل دادهها از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت. در مجموع، ۷۴۵ کد باز استخراج شد که در قالب ۶ مقوله اصلی شامل مقوله محوری، شرایط علّی، شرایط زمینهای، شرایط مداخلهگر، راهبردها و پیامدها طبقهبندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مقوله محوری «فرهنگ سازمانی پایداری» است که حول آن مؤلفههایی نظیر رهبری اخلاقمحور، باور به مسئولیت اجتماعی، شفافیت، همکاری با ذینفعان، آموزش پایداری، و تعهد به جامعه محلی ساختار گرفتند. یافتهها نشان داد که شکلگیری فرهنگ سازمانی پایداری نیازمند تعامل میان عوامل ساختاری، رفتاری و زمینهای است و زمانی موفقیتآمیز خواهد بود که در قالب سیاستهای سازمانی، سبک رهبری، و باورهای کارکنان نهادینه شود. مدل استخراجشده میتواند بهعنوان الگویی بومی برای نهادهای عمومی در جهت تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
