اعتبارسنجی مدل سوت‌زنی سازمانی در شرکت‌های صنعتی و معدنی: نقش میانجی زنجیره‌ای اعتماد به کانال و کیفیت رسیدگی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اعتبارسنجی مدل سوت‌زنی سازمانی در شرکت‌های صنعتی و معدنی و بررسی نقش میانجی زنجیره‌ای اعتماد و کارآمدی کانال و کیفیت رسیدگی و بازخورد در تبیین اثربخشی نظام سوت‌زنی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و همبستگی بود و با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان شرکت‌های صنعتی و معدنی مستقر در شهرک‌های صنعتی استان کرمان بود که 250 نفر از آنان با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته 47 گویه‌ای در هفت سازه که از مرحله کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه داده‌بنیاد استخراج شده بود، گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با SPSS 27 و SmartPLS 3 و بوت‌استرپ 5000 زیرنمونه‌ای انجام گرفت. همه هفت مسیر مستقیم مدل مثبت و معنادار بودند. امنیت ضدتلافی و حمایت (β=0.264)، جهت‌گیری مسئولانه (β=0.245)، حفاظت هویت و ناشناس‌بودن (β=0.209) و فرهنگ حمایتی و مدیریت پاسخگو (β=0.197) اثر مثبت و معناداری بر اعتماد و کارآمدی کانال داشتند. اعتماد و کارآمدی کانال، کیفیت رسیدگی و بازخورد را به‌طور معناداری پیش‌بینی کرد (β=0.466) و کیفیت رسیدگی و بازخورد نیز اثر مثبت و معناداری بر اثربخشی نظام و پیامدهای اصلاحی داشت (β=0.494). اثر مستقیم فرهنگ حمایتی بر اثربخشی نظام نیز معنادار بود (β=0.219). همچنین، تمام اثرهای غیرمستقیم زنجیره‌ای معنادار بودند؛ به‌گونه‌ای که اثر غیرمستقیم اعتماد بر اثربخشی نظام از طریق کیفیت رسیدگی برابر با 0.230 بود. مدل به‌ترتیب 36.0، 21.7 و 33.0 درصد از واریانس اعتماد به کانال، کیفیت رسیدگی و اثربخشی نظام را تبیین کرد و شاخص SRMR برابر با 0.048 بود. اثربخشی نظام سوت‌زنی در شرکت‌های صنعتی و معدنی حاصل یک سازوکار زنجیره‌ای است که از حفاظت از گزارش‌دهنده، امنیت در برابر تلافی، جهت‌گیری مسئولانه و فرهنگ حمایتی آغاز می‌شود، از طریق ایجاد اعتماد به کانال گزارش ادامه می‌یابد و با رسیدگی باکیفیت و بازخورد قابل مشاهده به پیامدهای اصلاحی منتهی می‌شود. بنابراین، کیفیت رسیدگی و بازخورد را می‌توان حلقه مرکزی در تبدیل سازوکارهای رسمی گزارش‌دهی به یک نظام سوت‌زنی اثربخش دانست.
