رتبه بندی شاخصهای پیشایندهای مسئولیتهای اجتماعی مدیریت منابع انسانی اداره املاک و مستغلات کشور عراق

هدف از این تحقیق رتبه بندی شاخصهای پیشایندهای مسئولیتهای اجتماعی مدیریت منابع انسانی اداره املاک و مستغلات کشور عراق میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان و مدیران اداره املاک و مستغلات عراق به تعداد 350 نفر بودند. که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، تعداد 185 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی واگرا و همگرا و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (947/0) تأیید شد. تحلیل استنباطی دادهها با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن انجام شد. رتبه بندی پیشایندها مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیریت منابع انسانی نشان داد که رتبه اول، عوامل سازمانی است که به ترتیب شامل مولفههای: 1- استراتژی سازمان، 2- منابع مورد نیاز ، 3- رهبری و مدیریت، 4- روابط و ساختار و 5- فرهنگ سازمانی بوده است. همچنین رتبه دوم عوامل محیطی است که به ترتیب شامل مولفههای 1- قوانین و مقررات عمومی، 2- وضعیت اجتماعی و زیست محیطی و 3- فشار و مشارکت ذینفعان میباشد. همچنین رتبه سوم، عوامل کارکردی منابع انسانی است که به ترتیب شامل مولفه های: 1- جبران خدمت، 2- استخدام، 3- ارزیابی عملکرد، 4- آموزش میباشد. لذا پیشنهاد میشود اهداف بلندمدت و کوتاهمدت، با تمرکز بر حوزههایی مانند رفاه کارکنان، تنوع و شمول، توسعه پایدار و مشارکت اجتماعی در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی مد نظر قرار گیرد. همچنین سیاستهایی تدوین شود که بر مبنای شایستگی و توانمندی افراد باشد و از هرگونه تبعیض جنسیتی، نژادی، مذهبی، قومیتی و غیره جلوگیری کند.
