شناسایی ابعاد و مولفههای انتخاب سبک رهبری از طریق رهبری مبتنی بر علوم اعصاب با توجه به هوش هیجانی در شهرداریهای کلانشهرهای کشور

این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای انتخاب سبک رهبری مبتنی بر علوم اعصاب با توجه به هوش هیجانی در شهرداریهای کلانشهرهای ایران انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده کرد و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 25 خبره در حوزههای مدیریت، روانشناسی، و مدیریت شهری جمعآوری شد. یافتهها نشان داد که سبک رهبری مؤثر متشکل از 10 بعد اصلی شامل درک علوم اعصاب، هوش هیجانی، سبک رهبری تحولآفرین و تعاملگرا، الزامات اجرایی، موانع، عوامل تسهیلکننده، پیامدهای اجرایی، راهکارها، و عوامل درونی و بیرونی است. مؤلفههای کلیدی مانند خودآگاهی، مدیریت احساسات، ارتباط مؤثر، و استفاده از دانش علوم اعصاب برای بهبود تصمیمگیری شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ترکیب علوم اعصاب و هوش هیجانی میتواند به ایجاد محیط کاری سالمتر، افزایش بهرهوری، و کاهش تعارضات سازمانی منجر شود. همچنین، این رویکرد نیازمند آموزش مدیران، تغییر فرهنگ سازمانی، و حمایت از سوی رهبران ارشد است. چالشهای اجرایی شامل مقاومت در برابر تغییر و کمبود منابع آموزشی بود، در حالی که حمایت مدیریت ارشد و فضای یادگیری امن به عنوان عوامل تسهیلکننده عمل میکنند. این پژوهش بر اهمیت ادغام علوم اعصاب و هوش هیجانی در رهبری سازمانی تأکید دارد و پیامدهای مثبت آن را در بهبود عملکرد کارکنان و رضایت شغلی نشان میدهد. یافتههای این مطالعه با تحقیقات پیشین در حوزههای رهبری عصبی و هوش هیجانی همسو است و راهکارهای عملی برای اجرای این سبک رهبری در سازمانهای عمومی ارائه میکند.
