تاثیر مدیریت دانایی بر فرهنگ سازمانی و خودکارآمدی با میانجیگری شبکههای اجتماعی مدیران ارشد آموزشوپرورش شهرستان ساری

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مدیریت دانایی بر فرهنگ سازمانی و خودکارآمدی با نقش میانجی شبکههای اجتماعی در میان مدیران ارشد آموزشوپرورش شهرستان ساری است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها میدانی است. جامعه آماری شامل ۴۴۰ نفر از مدیران ارشد آموزشوپرورش شهرستان ساری در سال ۱۴۰۰ بود که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، ۲۰۵ نفر بهعنوان نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی (بر حسب جنسیت) انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت دانایی (فاضلی، ۱۳۹۰)، فرهنگ سازمانی (فی و دنیسون، ۲۰۰۷)، خودکارآمدی (شرر و مادوکس، ۱۹۸۲) و شبکههای اجتماعی (مجردی و همکاران، ۱۳۹۳) استفاده شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS و LISREL و بهرهگیری از آزمونهای کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تحلیل عاملی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف نرمال بودن دادهها را تأیید کرد. همچنین شاخصهای برازندگی مدل مفهومی نظیر نسبت خیدو به درجه آزادی (1.667)، RMSEA (0.075) و سایر شاخصها (CFI، NFI، GFI) مقادیر مناسبی را نشان دادند. مسیر غیرمستقیم مدیریت دانایی به فرهنگ سازمانی از طریق شبکههای اجتماعی با مقدار 5.78 و به خودکارآمدی با مقدار 10.68 از آستانه بحرانی 1.96 فراتر رفت که بیانگر معناداری در سطح 95 درصد و تأیید فرضیات پژوهش است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که مدیریت دانایی از طریق شبکههای اجتماعی میتواند بهطور معناداری فرهنگ سازمانی و خودکارآمدی را در سازمانهای آموزشی ارتقاء دهد و نقش تسهیلگرانه شبکههای ارتباطی غیررسمی در مدیریت دانش و ارتقاء روانشناسی سازمانی انکارناپذیر است.
