بررسی تأثیر گرایش کارآفرینی زنان بر روابط سیاسی و تجاری، کسب منابع شبکه و عملکرد شرکت (مطالعه موردی: شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط شهر کرمان)

هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر گرایش کارآفرینی زنان بر روابط سیاسی و تجاری، کسب منابع شبکه و عملکرد شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمان است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری شامل زنان کارآفرین فعال در کسبوکارهای کوچک و متوسط شهر کرمان در سال 2024 بود. 392 پاسخ از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد بهصورت حضوری و غیرحضوری جمعآوری شد. روایی ابزار به تأیید خبرگان رسید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 0.901 محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای SPSS 24 و PLS 3 استفاده شد. دادهها از نظر نرمال بودن بررسی شدند و مدل تحقیق با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری ارزیابی شد. نتایج تحلیل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد گرایش کارآفرینی زنان بهطور معناداری بر روابط سیاسی (β=0.626, t=16.846)، روابط تجاری (β=0.486, t=9.902) و کسب منابع شبکه (β=0.301, t=5.783) تأثیر دارد. همچنین، روابط سیاسی (β=0.567, t=8.452) و تجاری (β=0.159, t=2.418) نیز بر کسب منابع شبکه تأثیرگذار بودند. روابط سیاسی (β=0.199, t=2.443) و تجاری (β=0.174, t=2.766) همچنین تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد شرکتها داشتند. نهایتاً کسب منابع شبکه (β=0.763, t=12.913) و گرایش کارآفرینی زنان (β=0.162, t=2.940) بهطور معناداری عملکرد شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط را بهبود دادند. نتایج نشان داد که گرایش کارآفرینانه زنان، بهویژه در زمینه توسعه روابط سیاسی و تجاری و بهرهگیری از منابع شبکه، نقش کلیدی در بهبود عملکرد شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط ایفا میکند. تقویت این روابط میتواند ابزاری مهم برای غلبه بر محدودیتهای ساختاری و جنسیتی در محیطهای کممنبع باشد.
