الگوی رهبری آموزشی دوره ابتدایی استان کرمان (با رویکرد آمیخته)

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی رهبری آموزشی متناسب با دوره ابتدایی استان کرمان بود. این پژوهش کاربردی و با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی کیفی–کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، جامعه پژوهش را استادان دانشگاه و خبرگان مدیریت آموزشی تشکیل دادند که 12 نفر با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند گلوله‌برفی تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری و با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند و اعتبار الگو با فن دلفی و اجماع خبرگان بررسی شد. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل 963 مدیر آموزشی مدارس ابتدایی استان کرمان بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان 278 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر یافته‌های کیفی بود که پایایی کل آن با آلفای کرونباخ 0.98 تأیید شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار LISREL با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی تحلیل شدند. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، ساختار شش‌بعدی الگوی رهبری آموزشی شامل ابعاد ارزشی، عملکرد رهبری، چشم‌انداز استراتژیک، مهارت‌های رهبری تحلیلی، مهارت‌های انسانی و مهارت‌های فن‌آفرینی را تأیید کرد. بارهای عاملی شاخص‌ها، به‌جز دو شاخص در مؤلفه انگیزه‌یابیِ بعد مهارت‌های انسانی، در سطح 0.05 معنادار بودند. شاخص‌های برازش مدل ساختاری نهایی نشان دادند که الگوی پیشنهادی با داده‌های تجربی برازش مطلوبی دارد؛ نسبت کای‌دو به درجه آزادی 2.89، RMSEA برابر 0.063، IFI برابر 0.96، CFI برابر 0.95، RFI برابر 0.94، GFI برابر 0.93 و AGFI برابر 0.91 بود. این مقادیر کفایت آماری و اعتبار ساختاری مدل را تأیید کردند. الگوی ارائه‌شده از اعتبار و برازش آماری مطلوبی برای تبیین رهبری آموزشی در مدارس ابتدایی استان کرمان برخوردار است و می‌تواند چارچوبی بومی برای انتخاب، ارزیابی، توانمندسازی و توسعه حرفه‌ای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی و ارتقای کیفیت رهبری آموزشی فراهم کند.
