Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to identify and analyze the contribution of neuroscientific interventions to enhancing human resource productivity in the West Regional Electricity Company.

Methodology: The study employed a mixed-methods (quantitative–qualitative) approach. In the quantitative phase, a pretest–posttest design was used, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was applied to examine the statistical significance of changes between the two measurement stages. In the qualitative phase, a signification-oriented research approach was employed to identify the components and mechanisms associated with a brain-friendly workplace. Subsequently, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was conducted to examine the relationships among the constructs and evaluate the proposed model. The statistical population consisted of employees of the West Regional Electricity Company, and quantitative data were collected from 260 employees.

Findings: The quantitative results indicated statistically significant changes between the pretest and posttest measurements across the variables under investigation. Furthermore, the assessment of the structural model indicated acceptable model fit and predictive capability. The neuroscientific construct had a positive and statistically significant effect on the dimensions of human resource productivity.

Conclusion: The proposed model demonstrated acceptable validity and can serve as a practical framework for designing productivity-enhancement interventions, with an emphasis on improving the workplace environment and strengthening employees' cognitive and motivational mechanisms.
