Plagiarism Policy

To support the open-access publication model and maintain high editorial standards, the Journal of Personal Development and Organizational Transformation applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 1,500,000 Tomans per accepted manuscript.

The APC covers:

  • Indexing and dissemination in academic databases.

There are no submission fees. Authors will be required to pay the APC only after their article has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication. We strive to keep our fees affordable to support researchers in making their work openly accessible.
