Peer-Review Process

Peer-Review Process

The Journal of Personal Development and Organizational Transformation follows a double-blind anonymous peer-review process to ensure the quality, integrity, and credibility of published research. Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following steps:

  1. Initial Screening: The editorial team reviews submissions for scope alignment, formatting compliance, and plagiarism detection.
  2. Reviewer Assignment: The manuscript is assigned to two or three independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.
  3. Review Process: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript for originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field.
  4. Editorial Decision: Based on reviewer feedback, the editor decides to accept, revise, or reject the manuscript.
  5. Revision and Final Approval: Authors make revisions, and the revised manuscript is reassessed before final acceptance.
