شناسایی مؤلفههای رهبری هوشمند در مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفههای رهبری هوشمند در مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. روش پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و به لحاظ ماهیت دادهها، کیفی با طرح آمیخته اکتشافی است. بدین منظور بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد برای شناسایی مؤلفههای رهبری هوشمند در مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان از روش توصیفی – پیمایشی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه خبرگان سیاستگذاری آموزشی، مدیران ارشد و برنامهریزان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان مازندران بودند روش نمونهگیری، نظری هدفمند و منطبق بر اصل اشباع نظری بود و تعداد 12 نفر بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده این پژوهش از مصاحبههای نیمهساختار یافته استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که 47 شاخص شناسایی شده در 9 مؤلفه (مقوله) شامل رهبری فرهنگ محور هوشمند، رهبری شبکهای، رهبری جمعی، رهبری دانشبنیان، رهبری مقاوم، رهبری مبتنی بر دادهها، رهبری استعداد محور، رهبری دیجیتال و نوآورانه و رهبری مبتنی بر ارزش در مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان مازندران بودند که مبنای تحلیل کیفی قرار گرفتند.
