Journal Article 1403/10/30 The primary aim of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of knowledge-based companies on advancing organizational goals, with a specific focus on organizational productivity and economic performance within military organizations, particularly the Islamic Republic of Iran Army (AJA). This study utilized a quantitative, descriptive, and survey-based methodology. The statistical population consisted of 83 academic experts, military personnel, and managers of knowledge-based companies selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Content validity was confirmed by expert review, and reliability was established using Cronbach’s alpha. One-sample t-tests and the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test were employed to analyze the data and assess the significance of relationships between variables. The results revealed a statistically significant and positive impact of knowledge-based companies on four key domains: enhancement of organizational knowledge-based indicators (e.g., M=1.831 for knowledge-driven production), advancement of organizational goals (t=48.77, p<0.001), improvement in organizational and work productivity (t=47.29, p<0.001), and economic performance (t=19.70, p<0.001). Respondents strongly endorsed the role of innovation, knowledge commercialization, modern technology integration, and external collaboration in defining a knowledge-based organization. Knowledge-based companies—particularly those specializing in artificial intelligence—play a strategic role in improving decision-making frameworks, optimizing organizational processes, enhancing employee productivity, and strengthening economic outcomes. These findings underscore the necessity for strategic policymaking, capacity-building, and structured partnerships between military organizations and knowledge-based enterprises. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی و تحلیل تأثیر شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان بر پیشبرد اهداف سازمانی با تأکید بر بهره‌وری سازمانی و عملکرد اقتصادی در سازمان‌های نظامی، به‌ویژه آجا، بوده است. این پژوهش با روش کمی، توصیفی و پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 83 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی، کارکنان و فرماندهان ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران و مدیران شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای بر پایه طیف لیکرت بود که روایی آن با نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای و آزمون کولموگروف–اسمیرنف تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر چهار مؤلفه کلیدی دارند: ارتقای شاخص‌های دانش‌بنیان سازمانی (با میانگین تفاوت 1.831 برای تولید دانش‌محور)، پیشبرد اهداف سازمانی (t=48.77, p<0.001)، بهبود بهره‌وری کاری و سازمانی (t=47.29, p<0.001)، و تقویت عملکرد اقتصادی (t=19.70, p<0.001). همچنین، نوآوری، تبدیل دانش به ثروت، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین و تعامل با محیط بیرونی از مهم‌ترین فاکتورهای مورد تأیید پاسخ‌دهندگان بوده‌اند. شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، به‌ویژه در حوزه فناوری‌های نوین مانند هوش مصنوعی، نقش راهبردی در تقویت ساختار تصمیم‌گیری، بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای سازمانی، ارتقای بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی و بهبود عملکرد اقتصادی دارند. این یافته‌ها بر لزوم تدوین سیاست‌های حمایتی و توسعه تعاملات راهبردی میان سازمان‌های نظامی و شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان تأکید دارند.
