This applied study employed a qualitative exploratory design. The participants were 15 experts in sport management, information technology, artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital transformation, and the legal and financial dimensions of professional football. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, supplemented by snowball sampling when necessary. Data were collected through semi-structured expert interviews, and sampling continued until data saturation was achieved. All interviews were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The analytical process included familiarization with the data, generation of initial codes, identification and review of themes, definition and naming of themes, and development of the final thematic structure. The analysis generated 64 initial codes and four major themes. “Artificial intelligence in sport governance” included sport data analytics, intelligent decision-making, risk management, and smart fan engagement. “Blockchain and organizational transparency” comprised financial transparency, secure information registration, smart contracts, and stakeholder trust. “Organizational digital readiness” included technological infrastructure, human resources, organizational culture, managerial support, and data security. “Good sport governance” encompassed transparency, accountability, efficiency, stakeholder participation, ethics, and fairness. The findings indicated that the governance benefits of artificial intelligence and blockchain depend on sufficient organizational digital readiness and the simultaneous institutionalization of good governance principles. Innovative governance in professional football requires the integrated development of AI-based analytical capabilities, blockchain-enabled transparency and traceability, organizational digital readiness, and good governance principles; therefore, isolated adoption of emerging technologies without corresponding managerial, human, legal, and ethical capacities is unlikely to produce sustainable governance transformation.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین مؤلفه‌های الگوی حکمرانی نوآورانه مبتنی بر دیدگاه متخصصان و ظرفیت‌های هوش مصنوعی و بلاکچین در ورزش حرفه‌ای با تمرکز بر لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بود. این پژوهش از نظر جهت‌گیری کاربردی و از حیث روش، کیفی و اکتشافی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل ۱۵ نفر از خبرگان حوزه‌های مدیریت ورزشی، فناوری اطلاعات، هوش مصنوعی، بلاکچین، تحول دیجیتال، امور حقوقی و مالی فوتبال حرفه‌ای بودند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در موارد لازم گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته تخصصی گردآوری و نمونه‌گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط، به‌صورت کامل پیاده‌سازی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی شدند. فرایند تحلیل شامل آشنایی با داده‌ها، تولید کدهای اولیه، شناسایی و بازبینی مضامین، تعریف و نام‌گذاری مضامین و تدوین ساختار نهایی بود. تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج ۶۴ کد اولیه و شکل‌گیری چهار مضمون اصلی منجر شد. مضمون «هوش مصنوعی در حکمرانی ورزشی» شامل تحلیل داده‌های ورزشی، تصمیم‌گیری هوشمند، مدیریت ریسک و تعامل هوشمند با هواداران بود. مضمون «بلاکچین و شفافیت سازمانی» بر شفافیت مالی، ثبت امن اطلاعات، قراردادهای هوشمند و افزایش اعتماد ذی‌نفعان استوار بود. «آمادگی دیجیتال سازمانی» زیرساخت فناوری، منابع انسانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، حمایت مدیریتی و امنیت داده را دربر گرفت. «حکمرانی مطلوب ورزشی» نیز شامل شفافیت، پاسخگویی، کارایی، مشارکت ذی‌نفعان، اخلاق و عدالت بود. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که اثرگذاری هوش مصنوعی و بلاکچین به وجود آمادگی دیجیتال و استقرار اصول حکمرانی مطلوب وابسته است. حکمرانی نوآورانه در لیگ برتر فوتبال مستلزم یکپارچگی ظرفیت‌های تحلیلی هوش مصنوعی، قابلیت‌های شفافیت و ردیابی بلاکچین، آمادگی دیجیتال سازمانی و اصول حکمرانی مطلوب است و اجرای منفرد فناوری‌ها بدون توسعه هم‌زمان ظرفیت‌های مدیریتی، انسانی، حقوقی و اخلاقی نمی‌تواند به تحول پایدار حکمرانی منجر شود.</p> https://journalpdot.com/index.php/jpdot/article/download/455/557
